T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts and Coffee/Beer Mugs are not affected by the current Canada Post strike. All other items may be delayed in shipping to addresses in Canada.
Free Shipping on orders over $100.00
Standard Shipping in Canada - $8.00 (CAD)
Standard Shipping to the U.S. - $10.00 (CAD)
**Certain products require longer lead times and/or higher shipping fees (NHL Collection, Maple Syrup Collection), these products will have specific shipping information listed within the product description. Some products don't qualify for our "free shipping over $100.00" promotion, this will be noted within the product description.**
Your product(s) is made specifically for you, as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, something that improves the overall supply chain.
- We ship our products out Monday-Friday
- We first custom make your order which typically takes 3-5 business days, this is what we call our "handling time". Overall shipping times (handling time + shipping time) within the continental U.S. are normally 8-12 days, and 7-10 days within Canada.
- We ship using various carriers including USPS, Fedex, UPS and Canada Post.
- We provide a tracking number and shipping updates once your order has been dispatched.
- At this time we only ship within Canada and the U.S.
- Unfortunately pickups are not available at this time.
- We do our best to ship out your custom order as quickly as possible.
