Shipping rates

• Free shipping on eligible orders over $100 CAD.
• Standard shipping within Canada: $8 CAD.
• Standard shipping to the United States: $10 CAD.

Some products, including items in the NHL and Maple Syrup collections, have longer lead times, higher shipping charges or exclusions from free shipping. Check the product description for item-specific shipping details.

Production and delivery times

Made-to-order products are produced after you place your order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days.

Our usual delivery estimates, including production and shipping, are 7–10 days within Canada and 8–12 days within the continental United States. Item-specific estimates in the product description take precedence.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier disruptions, weather and other delays may affect arrival dates. For Canada Post updates, see current delivery service alerts.

Tracking and delivery

• Orders ship Monday to Friday using carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, FedEx and UPS.
• We provide a tracking number and shipping updates after your order is dispatched.
• We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
• Local pickup is not available.
